How to Create cPanel Account in WHM

1.Access WHM: Log in to WHM with your administrator credentials. You usually access WHM by navigating to https://your-server-IP:2087 or https://your-domain.com:2087 in your web browser.

2.Navigate to “Create a New Account”: Once logged in, you’ll find various options in the WHM interface. Look for the section labeled “Account Functions” or “Account Information”. Within that section, there should be an option labeled “Create a New Account”.

3.Fill in Account Details:

Domain Information: Enter the domain name for which you want to create a cPanel account.
Username: Choose a username for the cPanel account.
Password: Set a password for the cPanel account. Ensure it’s secure.
Email: Enter an email address associated with the account.
Package: Select a package if you have predefined hosting packages. Otherwise, you can customize resource limits.

4.Customize Settings:

Select Package: If you have predefined packages, select the appropriate one. Otherwise, you can set resource limits such as disk space, bandwidth, number of email accounts, etc.
DNS Settings: Choose whether to use the default nameservers or specify custom nameservers.
Mail Routing Settings: Select how you want mail for this domain to be handled (Local, Remote, or Automatically Detect Configuration).

5.Locale Settings: Choose the default locale for the cPanel account.

6.Other Settings: Customize additional settings as needed.
Create the Account: Once you’ve filled in all the required information and customized the settings, click on the “Create” or “Create Account” button.

Confirmation: You should receive a confirmation message indicating that the cPanel account has been successfully created.

7.Accessing the cPanel Account: After creating the account, the user can access their cPanel by navigating to https://domain.com/cpanel or https://server-IP:2083 in a web browser, using the username and password you set during the account creation process.
