Step 1<\/span>: Access cPanel & WHM<\/span>.<\/span> (Best VPS Provider)<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Log into WHM using your credentials.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2<\/span><\/span>: Initial Configuration.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If you haven’t set up your server yet, complete the initial setup process in WHM. This includes setting your hostname, IP address, and other essential settings.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 3<\/span><\/span>: Basic Setup<\/span><\/span>. (Low Cost VPS hosting)<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Navigate to “Basic WebHost Manager Setup” under the “Server Configuration” section in WHM.<\/span><\/p>\n

Set your primary nameserver (ns1) and secondary nameserver (ns2). These usually follow the format ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 4<\/span>: Configure Nameservers<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Go to “Nameserver Selection” under “Service Configuration” in WHM.<\/span><\/p>\n

Select “Bind” as your nameserver software.<\/span><\/p>\n

Click on “Configure Address Records” and add the IP addresses for your nameservers (ns1 and ns2).<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 5<\/span><\/span>: Edit DNS Zone<\/span>. (Free VPS Provider)<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Navigate to “Edit DNS Zone” under “DNS Functions” in WHM.<\/span><\/p>\n

Select your domain from the list and click “Edit.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Add NS records for ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com, pointing to the IP addresses you configured earlier.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 6<\/span><\/span>: Update Registrar<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Log in to your domain registrar’s website and locate the section for managing nameservers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Add ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com as your custom nameservers and point them to the IP addresses you configured.<\/span><\/p>\n
